Providers who have previously taken the Medical Management Intro and Masterclass are eligible to enroll in this course. New advanced topics are released yearly, with the option to join live (streaming or in-person) or review the course in a self-paced  format. 


Audit Option

Participants who have previously audited the Medical Management Intro and Masterclass are eligible to audit this course. This option is ideal for students, allied healthcare professionals, clinicians without prescribing authority, and FEMM Teachers.
Note: auditors do not receive CME credit or ongoing provider support.

Dr. Pilar Vigil
MD, PhD, OB/GYN, FACOG

Dr. Pilar Vigil is the Research Director of the RHRI. She completed her post-doctoral work with Dr. Emil Steinberger at the University of Texas Medical School in Houston, and spent decades working with both Dr. Steinberger and Dr. Brown. The importance of this legacy of research and clinical care, along with the collaborations with Drs. John and Evelyn Billings, is the foundation of the scientific work of FEMM and the RHRI.
