The Medical Management Masterclass is the final step to becoming a Certified FEMM Medical Provider. In the Masterclass, providers receive in-depth training on how to use and implement the FEMM Medical Management protocols. Participants of the Masterclass will receive science and evidence-based textbooks, diagnostic and treatment protocols for reproductive disorders, and ongoing network support for integration of the FEMM protocols.

2023 Masterclass

Prerequisite: all registrants must have previously taken the Medical Management Intro course.

Schedule: Each day will run from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm EST. Breaks will be provided for coffee and lunch as indicated, and smaller stretch and restroom breaks will be indicated throughout.
Meals: Some meals will be provided. Meal plan options will be provided following registration.
Transportation: Transportation is the responsibility of each participant. The Masterclass venue is within walking distance from the recommended hotel.
RHRI Protocol Books: Books will be provided onsite at the Masterclass and are included in the registration price of $750 for in-person participants. The $250 audit fee does not include books or other materials (or CMEs). Participants who received books in 2025 should bring them to the Masterclass.

Registration Options
For both live and streaming registrants, we offer an audit option. This option is ideal for students, allied professionals, clinicians without prescribing authority, and FEMM Teachers.
Auditors do NOT receive CME credit, any protocol guidelines or textbooks, or any ongoing provider support. Auditors do not become Certified FEMM Providers.

Dr. Pilar Vigil
MD, PhD, OB/GYN, FACOG
Dr. Pilar Vigil is the Research Director of the RHRI. She completed her post-doctoral work with Dr. Emil Steinberger at the University of Texas Medical School in Houston, and spent decades working with both Dr. Steinberger and Dr. Brown. The importance of this legacy of research and clinical care, along with the collaborations with Drs. John and Evelyn Billings, is the foundation of the scientific work of FEMM and the RHRI.
