FAMILY LICENSE AGREEMENT
By purchasing or accessing this curriculum under a Family License, I acknowledge and agree that:
• This license is granted to a single household for use by the purchaser, their spouse, and their dependent children living in the same household.
• This curriculum may not be shared, distributed, forwarded, uploaded, posted online, copied for others, or made available to any person outside the licensed household.
• This Family License does not permit use by co-ops, learning pods, micro-schools, schools, tutoring businesses, churches, ministries, nonprofit organizations, community groups, support groups, classes, or any other organized group, whether in-person or online.
• Purchasing one Family License does not grant permission to teach, distribute, reproduce, or provide access to the curriculum for multiple families.
• If multiple families, students, households, or participants will use the curriculum, an appropriate group, school, or organizational license must be obtained.
• All curriculum materials, including PDFs, presentations, videos, handouts, and supplemental resources, are protected by copyright and remain the intellectual property of the publisher.
• FEMM reserves the right to revoke access and pursue legal recourse for violations of these terms.
